2022 Seminar – Keynote speech by Ruth Rubio Marín: Is European equality constitutionalism obsolete?

The 2022 annual legal seminar of the European network of legal experts in gender equality and non-discrimination (EELN) was organised as a hybrid seminar with participants in Brussels and online. It brought together almost 200 representatives of the European Commission, EU Member State governments, equality bodies, EU umbrella organisations, academics from across Europe and members of the network itself.
